Alundra (Playstation)

ALUNDRA can be described as the PlayStation's version of ZELDA. It falls perfectly into that Adventure or RPG genre that everyone loves. ALUNDRA features dynamic gameplay, stunning graphics, and great music. While it does present real-time battles, ALUNDRA falls into the RPG category due to its intriguing storyline and in-depth characters. However, its adventure side features complex puzzles and fierce battles, creating a good adventure or RPG hybrid. ALUNDRA is set in a fantasy medieval world in crisis. The King has ordered that all idols and figures of worship be destroyed because he views himself as the object of worship. When their idols are annihilated and a nearby shrine sinks into the lake it was built on, the people of the Village of Lona turn to their dreams to enthuse them. That  until nightmares begin attacking their sleep--nightmares from which some never awaken. But this game is more than just a great story, as it also has great gameplay. Tons of weapons, dungeons, and monsters make this game playable for hours on end, not to mention the real-time battles that you can't help but love. However, some of the greatest things in this game are the complex puzzles; many of them can take hours just to figure out due to their high degree of difficulty. The makers of ALUNDRA certainly didn't want you to be   through  but with the amount of fun you?ll be having, that's not a bad thing.
